Ordinarily, congregations will no longer do a full-fledged Mission Study during times of transition. Instead, Mission Studies will be done between three and six months after a new pastor arrives.

CHaT offers you:

• trained Mission Study facilitators
• several Mission Study processes from which to choose
• support and follow up to ensure that the information gleaned through the process is used effectively by the new pastor and congregation to focus and deepen their ministry together.
