These 15 years in Albany Presbytery have been most rewarding for Martha and me. We leave behind many dear friends and colleagues, and many fond memories. We regret we’ve run out of time, and will not have the chance to say goodbye directly to many of our friends in Albany Presbytery. I greatly appreciated being given the opportunity to preach at the June meeting of presbytery.
Martha accepted a position with the Board of Pensions (PCUSA) as a church consultant for the Mid-Atlantic Region which started in January. We are renting a house in Ellicott City, Maryland, where our boys Joseph and Charlie, will go to high school in the fall. We gain Shannon Meacham as a near neighbor. I will begin to look for a call in September, either in Baltimore or National Capital Presbytery.
We wish for all of you good health and God’s continued blessing,
Jim Reisner
