The financial review required by the “Book of Order” (G3.0113) is the way in which the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) encourages responsible use of funds. The Financial Review Checklist is a tool that can be used by churches that are unable to or do not want to hire professional auditors to carry out this function. The checklist can also be used as a tool to prepare for a formal audit.
