Albany Presbytery Buildings & Grounds Grant & Loan Application—This Fund is administered by the Board of Trustees to supplement the funding to be provided by a congregation to meet its real property project needs. COMAC Discretionary Fund—This Fund is administered by the Committee on Ministers and Congregations for meeting the emergency and confidential needs of clergy and congregations of Albany Presbytery. PC(USA) Mission Program Grants

Local Church Initiative—This fund is administered by the Committee on Church Mission. Grants are available for congregations who want to apply the gospel to the issues of peace and justice with which their neighbors struggle, through a process of talking to neighbors and community leaders. Please contact the Mission Committee directly to request assistance.

New Initiative Fund—This fund is administered by the Committee on Church Mission. Grants are given to congregations that seek to make innovative responses to identified issues.  The New Initiatives Fund is a tangible reflection of the mission and core values of Albany Presbytery. The funding process is designed to sustain strong, effective ministries while supporting innovative responses to identified issues. Albany Presbytery Peacemaking Task Force Grant Application—Click on the link to complete this form to apply for a peacemaking-related grant.

Peacemaking Offering—This fund is administered by the Presbytery Committee on Church Mission, and comes from the Peace-making Offering. Grants are given to support the efforts of congregations or individuals to live out a deeper commitment to peacemaking as part of our faithfulness to God.

Presbyterian Women Grants—These grants are administered by the Presbyterian Women of Albany Presbytery. They are for any project that meets basic human needs and are not included in ongoing General Assembly Mission support. Rural Initiative Fund—This fund is administered by the Presbytery Committee on Church Mission. It is designed to help churches in more sparsely populated areas find new and creative ways to engage their communities in ministry.  Churches may use this money as seed money for a new program, to purchase equipment or resources for new or ongoing programs, or to expand an existing program. Students in Seminary Fund—This fund is administered by the Committee on Leadership Development. Grants are given to Seminary students to help finance their education or meet other pressing needs. Please contact the Committee on Leadership Development directly to request assistance.

PC(USA) Scholarships for CollegePC(USA) members seeking first bachelor’s degree encouraged to apply for undergraduate scholarships from Presbyterian Mission. The deadline for applications is annually on May 15. Click here to learn more.

Summer Camp “Camperships” — This fund is provided by Albany Presbytery and administered by presbytery staff. Grants are available to children and youth of Albany Presbytery member congregations/worshiping communities to attend a Christian summer camp. PC(USA) Grants

Preservation Grants for Churches — To assist congregations with the preservation of church records, the society awards annual Heritage Preservation Grants to PC(USA) congregations, covering up to $500 of the cost to digitize official records. Applications are due annually on October 31, 2018.
